This unique set of mezuzahs was created out of thinking about the breastplate stones worn by the high priest. Each stone represents a different tribe of the Israelites, a total of 12 tribes versus 12 stones. The stones mentioned in the Bible are Ruby, Piteda, Bareket, Nofech, Sapphire, Diamond, Leshem, Shebo, Achlama, Tarshish, Shoham and Yashfe. Each stone represents a tribe, as it is written in the book of Exodus:
” וְ֠הָאֲבָנִ֠ים עַל־שְׁמֹ֨ת בְּנֵי־יִשְׂרָאֵ֥ל הֵ֛נָּה שְׁתֵּ֥ים עֶשְׂרֵ֖ה עַל־שְׁמֹתָ֑ם פִּתּוּחֵ֤י חֹתָם֙ אִ֣ישׁ עַל־שְׁמ֔וֹ לִשְׁנֵ֥ים עָשָׂ֖ר שָֽׁבֶט׃” (שמות לט יד)

Each mezuzah is made from the root of an olive tree that grows in Israel, the mezuzah has an additional of crystalline epoxy resin, the letter ש is made entirely of 14 karat gold plate, and the mezuzah is coated with a unique lacquer used to coat luxury vehicles. The mezuzah is elegant and luxurious, and suitable for use in interior rooms as well as exterior doors and gates.
