An olive model mezuzah is made from the root of an olive tree that grows in Israel, the mezuzah has an addition of crystalline epoxy resin, the letter ש is made entirely of 14 karat gold plate, and the mezuzah is coated with a unique lacquer used to coat luxury vehicles. The mezuzah is elegant and luxurious, and suitable for use in interior rooms as well as doors and outdoor gates.

About The Item

The fruit of the olive tree is mentioned many times in the Bible and is one of the species in which the Land of Israel was praised. The olive is an evergreen plant that bears leaves in all seasons of the year. Its great importance, made it possible to bring the first fruits from it and the oil that was extracted from it was used for the work of the temple. The use made of the olive is the production of oil, and like the olive, the future of the people of Israel is at the end, that is, in the days of Messiah, as it is written in the Gemara:

“אמר רבי יהושע בן לוי: למה נמשלו ישראל לזית, לומר לך, מה זית אין עליו נושריןלא בימות החמה ולא בימות הגשמים אף ישראל אין להם בטילה עולמית, לא בעולם הזה ולא בעולם הבא” (מנחות נ”ג ע”ב).
