After I have purchased an item, how do you ship the item to me?

All our deliveries in Israel are carried out professionally and for free.

Shipments abroad are made based on the destination country and the weight of the item. Therefore, the shipping cost varies, each case individually, and the shipping details will be forwarded to the customer.

The shipment will be received in Israel within 21 business days, and abroad within 30 business days. If it is a private order, we will send you an exact date when the item will be ready.

There may be delays beyond our control, and if you want to check faster shipping options, you can do so through us at service@amora.co.il .

In view of the fact that our works of art are not cheap products, we do not send them to mailboxes or third parties, we send the item directly to the person who made the purchase.

 

Is there an email address where I can see the status of the order?

To find out if the products have already shipped and are on their way to you, please call our customer service at 03-9031177, during business hours, or alternatively, you can send an email to customer service cs@amora.co.il .

Please write down the order number and the name of the item in your hands.

 

If I purchased an item on the website, is it possible to collect it myself?

Of course, the item can be collected from our flagship store at the address of Hey Beiar st. kikar hamedina, Tel-Aviv. In order to do it, you must choose the appropriate option in the purchase process and the work of art will be waiting for you in the store.

 

How do I make a purchase through the website?

First, of course, you must choose your favorite work of art, then a process begins in which you must add the item to the shopping cart by clicking on the “Add to cart” button, fill in the necessary details, and then proceed to the payment and purchase confirmation stage. You can regret until the payment stage, and of course, you can leave the specific page you are on without commitment and without leaving any details.

 

Do you provide a warranty with the item I purchase?

Each of our items arrives to the customer with a neat and elegant warranty certificate in which all the sections relating to that item appear. The warranty is valid subject to the care and preservation of the item by the customer according to the manufacturer’s instructions which we provide with each purchase. Our items are defined as those that last for many years, therefore each item, which is a one-of-a-kind work of art, is delivered to the customer with a detailed warranty certificate.

 

I purchased a product from you, how should I take care of it?

With every purchase, we provide you with a prestigious product certificate that includes a warranty certificate, and preservation and cleaning instructions. You must read the preservation and cleaning instructions and act on their basis. In order to enjoy the elegance and beauty of the work of art in your hands for generations and many years, specific instructions for cleaning and preserving the work of art are attached to each item, and you simply have to follow them.

 

You mentioned warranty and preservation and cleaning instructions, how do I also get a product certificate? And how do you provide these documents?

Each of our items comes with a fancy envelope which is closed with an Amora wax seal. A wax seal of the ancient type, as envelopes were closed and sealed in the distant past. Inside the envelope are three documents, in Hebrew and English (six in total). The first document is a luxury product certificate, the second document is a warranty certificate, and the third is preservation and cleaning instructions.

 

How does the product certificate affect the collector’s value of the item I purchased?

In the product certificate, among other things, there is a stamp that includes the serial number of that item, the fact that the product is made in Israel, and we also indicate the year of manufacture of that item. Keeping the envelope and these data close to the work of art you have purchased constitutes a collector’s value, maintaining the authenticity of the work, and thus each Amora work of art improves over the years.

What packaging do your items come in? And is it appropriate to buy them as gifts?

All our items arrive to the customer in fancy packaging. The packaging is luxurious and all made in Israel. As you know, every Amora item includes gold, so the item should be treated as a piece of jewelry.

Each item comes to the customer with a unique packaging, for example, each of our mezuzah goes out to the customer when it is placed in a varnished oak wooden case which is all made by hand, inside the case there is a stage wrapped in blue German velvet of the best kind, and in a dedicated place the fancy mezuzah is placed.

Luxurious cases for luxurious and special art items, and of course, these items are very suitable to buy as gifts for the people you love.

 

Can I return the item I purchased and get a credit?

Of course, you can return an item you purchased, or alternatively, return it to our flagship store, at no additional cost and after 14 days. This is of course, as long as the item arrives in its original packaging with the purchase invoice, without a defect, and when it has not been used in any way. To do this, you must come to our flagship branch in Tel Aviv, and if you are abroad, please contact the customer service department by email at cs@amora.co.il . You are asked to come to the store with the same credit card that was used to purchase on the website.

 

Do you repair an item that was damaged due to its use?

Certainly. We provide a repair service for Amora’s art items. The items are meant to be used by you for many years, but like any piece of art, some pieces of art sometimes need repairs. The repair service is subject to a fee, and the price of the repair is assessed after the item arrives at the laboratory. We request to clean and maintain the item according to the manufacturer’s instructions, all the instructions appear in detail in the product certificate that we provide to the customer upon purchase.

 

What are the opening hours of your store?

We are open Sunday-Thursday, between the hours of 09:00-18:00, and on Fridays between the hours of 09:00-15:00. Saturdays and holidays the store is closed. Come with joy.

 

Does every Amora item include gold? Or are there items that only include gold-like materials?

Every item of the Amora company, without exception, includes high quality gold. All of our items are sold when decorated with letters, or alternatively, with shapes like the Star of David, all made from 14 karat gold plates. It is of course possible to make personal orders ranging from 18-24 karats, to set diamonds, gemstones, and so on.

 

I have a shofar in my possession that has been passed down in the family for generations and many years, can you build for me a special stand for the shofar that will match the character and story of my family?

Of course, we specialize in building shofar stands and creating personal orders according to the customer’s requirements. You only have to send us the measurements and photos of the shofar, and together with you we will design the most accurate stand for you. It should be noted that beyond the design and manufacture of shofar stands, we at Amora specialize in personal orders and the construction of unique Judaica works of art such as mezuzahs, candlesticks and menorahs.
