We make the most efforts and invest many resources in order to provide all our customers with an equal, respectable, accessible and professional service. In accordance with the Law of Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities 1998-תשנ”ח and the regulations established pursuant to it, many efforts and resources are invested in making the necessary accessibility adjustments that will result in a person with a disability being able to receive the services provided to all customers, independently and equally.
Website Accessibility
1. An accessible website is a website that allows people with disabilities to browse with the same level of efficiency and enjoyment as all other surfers.
2. We believe in and work for equal opportunities in the Internet space for people with various disabilities and people who use assistive technology to use a computer.
The plugin
1. In order to make the website accessible, we have implemented the UserWay system (hereafter: “UserWay” see more details here).
2. UserWay creates advanced accessibility solutions for websites, without making changes to the website code (adjustment to ADA regulation).
The level of accessibility
1. This website complies with the requirements of the regulations on equal rights for people with disabilities (service accessibility adjustments), 2013-תשע”ג.
2. This Israeli standard is identical to the guidelines document of the international organization dealing with the accessibility of websites W3C – the WCAG 2.0 document.
3. The website provides a semantic structure for assistive technologies and support for the accepted usage pattern for operating with a keyboard using the arrow keys, Enter and Esc to exit menus and windows.
Repairs and adjustments made
1. The adjustments are adjusted for display in common browsers as well as for use on a cell phone.
2. Among other things, through the UserWay plugin, the user will be able to use plugins as follows:
a. Highlighting links on the website;
b. Color contrast on the website;
c. Text enlargement;
d. Text spacing;
e. Canceling the animations;
f. Dyslexia support;
g. Enlarged cursor;
h. Text alignment;
i. And more, as detailed in the plugin on the website.
Exclusions
Despite our great efforts in making accessibility adjustments on the website, there may be pages where the accessibility adjustment is not optimal (places where the accessibility does not work properly, or have not yet been accessed).
Building accessibility arrangements
1. In addition to our online service on the website, we have a store at Hey beyiar st. , Tel Aviv.
2. The store is located on the ground floor, facing the street, there is one step to enter the store, and unfortunately, there is no wheelchair accessible ramp and no toilet for the disabled. You can enter the store with the assistance of one of the employees, and of course, inside the store you can move with a wheelchair and get an impression of the goods.
